We are now seeking a full-time Client Services Officer who will combine responsive client service, accurate administration and practical project coordination to help both teams meet their commitments and keep work progressing.
Why Gosling Group?

Job Description
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, you will provide administrative and client service support to both our Engineering and Quad teams, managing work from initial enquiry through to project close-out. This is a coordination role rather than a technical design role, so our designers, engineers and estimators can focus on technical delivery. As the link between our clients and technical teams, your work has a real impact on how we deliver on our commitments.

Be the first point of contact for client enquiries
Set up and track projects, and manage invoicing and financial administration
Coordinate network-provider applications, submissions and correspondence, including with Essential Energy
Prepare quotations and fee proposals and project documentation
Desired Skills and Experience
Quad support (Switchboards)
Prepare and revise switchboard quotes, maintain the quote register and follow up approvals and purchase orders
Keep job records up to date and track supplier orders, lead times and deliveries
Handle routine client and contractor enquiries, escalating technical matters to the estimator or manager
Coordinate project close-out, including As Built and test documentation and invoicing
What You’ll Bring
Client service or administration experience, ideally in engineering, construction or electrical contracting
Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
Experience with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and procurement tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and job management software (Simpro experience would be an advantage)
Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
Exposure to contestable works, ASP3 design or NSW network-provider processes is desirable
