Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As an integral part of our team, you will:
Operate cranes and associated lifting equipment safely and efficiently on construction and electrical infrastructure sites
Conduct lifting operations for poles, transformers, switchboards, conduits, pits, cable drums, generators and other electrical assets
Set up cranes in accordance with lift plans, site conditions and manufacturer specifications
Assist field crews with general construction, electrical infrastructure and labouring activities when crane operations are not required
Maintain site housekeeping and ensure work areas remain safe, clean and organised
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience operating cranes in construction, utilities, infrastructure, or electrical environments is a must
Excavator operations experience will be highly regarded
Ability to work in dynamic site environments and adapt to operational requirementsl
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for growth and learning in your role
