Your Role as a Service Manager

As our Service Manager, you will deliver electrical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs. You will lead and encourage the team to drive for continuous improvement in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and develop the performance of the electrical team
• Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive and profitable manner
• Estimate for Level 2, housing, and general electrical jobs
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for electrical and connection works
• Conduct and manage the performance of direct reports
• Join an on-call rotating roster and respond to service call outs
• Comply and adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Electrical Operations Manager on internal documents and processes
